With incredible support and coordination coming from Councillor Cindy Gilroy and the City of Winnipeg, the new green-space that fronts on to St. Matthews boasts fun paths for kids to bike on, new sod, reduced height and decorative elements on the fencing, benches to picnic at, and brand new community garden boxes! Not to mention a bright new paint job on the building facing the space.

This space has been completely transformed from an underutilized space in need of repair, to a welcoming open space for the community to use for a long time to come!

The whole neighbourhood is cordially invited to check out the new space in person, and meet Councillor Gilroy!
