Calling all boys and girls ages 7-14!
Valour Patriots Football Club is seeking children born between 2003-2010 for our tackle football program. 2017 marks our 9th season and we look forward to seeing all of our new and returning players. If you know someone who might be interested in playing tackle football this year, bring them along to registration weekend
Please join us on the following dates at Valour Community Centre: Isaac Brock Site 715 Telfer St N. and bring your players, meet and mingle with the coaching staff.
- May 4th & 5th, 630pm – 8pm
- May 6th, 10am – 2pm
**Remember to bring your health card for proof of age. Also, we accept cash, debit and credit card as methods of payment. No checks please!
Players born in 2009-2010 have a registration fee of $75
Players born in 2007-2008 have a registration fee of $175
Players born in 2005-2006 have a registration fee of $250
Players born in 2003-2004 have a registration fee of $250
If you are applying for SUBSIDY, please bring your CRA notice of assessment (both parents if applicable) from either the 2015 or 2016 Tax year.
