Covid-19 Update: Our Community Centre

To our West End community, We hope you are all doing well and staying healthy amid the lifting of restrictions. Unfortunately even with some of the restrictions being relaxed Valour Community Centre’s three sites will remain closed. Our executive board had a meeting at which we discussed possible scenarios for being open and staying safe. Big Things Underway at Clifton!

We are still not open due to Covid-19 and there still isn’t any update as to whether or not we’ll have a football season this year, but big things are happening at our Clifton site! Uprights have been installed in one of the fields creating a new play place for our Patriots to practice and host games! How exciting! Thank you Jo for the pictures!

Last Wednesday, the province of Manitoba announced it’s “Phased Approach to Restoring Safe Services”. Unfortunately we will remain closed until further notice as per the recommendations from the General Council of Winnipeg Community Centres.
