Community Yoga with Krista Heimpel
“Stemming from the belief that everyone and anyone can benefit from yoga, my goal as a teacher is to create a warm and welcoming environment where students feel open and at ease. I strive to reduce barriers that typically discourage individuals from participating in the yoga community.”
Classes are affordably priced and no student will be turned away. Everyone is welcome regardless of experience or ability.
Students are welcome to contribute in class as a valuable act of community building. Questions are encouraged and each student is acknowledged as the authority on their own body. Modifications are offered to meet the needs of each student and their level of ability. Yoga is taught as a tool of self-empowerment and healing.
Yoga at the Orioles Site, which was scheduled to start this Thursday April 4, has been postponed until further notice. We still very much want to make this class happen, but as it stands, we need a bigger group to make it sustainable. If you are interested in an affordable, community-based yoga program, please reach out to 204-775-5728 or firstname.lastname@example.org for more info! 8-class pass: $60.00 4-class pass: $40.00 Drop-In: $10.00 per class
