Our Annual General Meeting this year will be held on Sunday, April 29th, 2018 at our Isaac Brock Site in the Common Room starting at 2pm. At this meeting, we vote in our board of directors and appoint new positions as they arise. All positions become available for nomination and election which include: President, VP of HR & Administration, VP Facilities/Grounds, Secretary, Treasurer, Social Activities, Communications, Soccer Convener, Basketball Convener, Hockey Convener, Mini-Soccer Convener, Football Convener, Boxing Convener, Lacrosse Convener, Volleyball Convener, Baseball Convener and Members at Large. We would love to have more ethnic diversity on our Board, and encourage people from the Indigenous community and Filipino communities to come on Board: two demographics that play a large roll within our community but unfortunately, have little representation within our Board of Directors. We are wanting to offer programming and resources that extend to all people within our catchment and provide a unified front within our community.
